We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, a return is provided at current price as store credit at


AE Distribution operates as a “Manufacturer Representative” for several factories in China that we have established strong relationships and trust in their products and service.

Our network of factories offer consistently high quality products at affordable and competitive pricing. Essentially, we take the risk out of ordering from China.

Many of our clients have experienced many challenges ordering from websites such as or because many of the sellers are “fly-by-night” that are here one day and gone the next. We understand these challenges because over the years we have lost thousands of dollars unsuccessfully trying to dispute charges, returns and warranty requests.

We ask our customers to immediately inspect their merchandise and products within the first 10 business days after receiving their order. Please inspect all items to make sure the products have arrived in good condition, work properly and that no items are defective.

If you find a problem with your order, please Contact Us immediately so that we can ask our factory to re-process your order for items that you are not satisfied with. It is our goal to make sure you get exactly what you paid for and you’re completely satisfied.

We offer an optional Lifetime Warranty on “Vape” BATTERIES (both individual and kits) for retail customers that prefer the guarantee of easy replacement of products. Please contact your sales representative for pricing information or email us at

Our Lifetime Warranty may be purchased when placing your order and your Vape Batteries will indicate that they have an extended Warranty because you will notice a small “LW” printed on the bottom of the battery.

In order to receive the replacement, the customer must:

  1. Return to the retail store to verify that the Vape Battery is defective.
  2. If defective, the store may replace the Vape Battery immediately, if they have current inventory available.
  3. The Retail Store must contact us at or log into their VIP account to request a replacement be sent to the store or mailed directly to the customer, if desired.
  4. We will do our very best to ensure that this process is done quickly and easily.

*AlderEgo Distribution reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise. If the product cannot be found to be defective and works properly or visible physical damage to the item is obvious, the company has the right to not approve product replacement and will return the item to the retail store.



It is important that AlderEgo provides products that are safe and non-hazardous to the environment. Our retail partners can rest assured that our products are protected by General Liability Insurance of up to $2,000,000 USD with Product Liability Coverage. In order to minimize risk, AlderEgo will provides Blanket Vendor Endorsement Insurance to all of our retail partners.
